Unfortunately, this advice probably comes a little too late for one Tiger in the news recently, but just in time for St. Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year and shoppers at Sloat Garden Center's second annual Orchid Festival from Feb. 1 to 14. All stores will offer more specialty orchids than usual, orchid sale prices, an orchid-a-month contest and orchid lectures and demonstrations.
