'Hart of Dixie' Recap: Miss Cinnamon Cider
.The pageant is an annual event in BlueBell, and one very close to Lemon's heart, as both she and her mother are former winners. Needless to say, Lemon had her heart set on Magnolia winning this year's pageant. But when she began to egg Zoe on again, Zoe got the idea in her head to enter Rose. Rose was up for it, but had her own way of doing things: a simple dress, no-fuss hair, and clog-hopping for her talent. Zoe was fine with that... until Lemon started getting more competitive by buying out all the dresses in Rose's size from the store. Now Zoe was ready to really fight!
She insisted on Rose fixing her hair, wearing a sparkly dress Zoe brought with her from New York, and getting over her stage fright to sing in the talent competition of the pageant. When Lemon heard what Zoe was doing, she began coaching Magnolia even harder. It got to the point where Magnolia and Rose decided they didn't want any part of the pageant after all. So, finally, Lemon and Zoe calmed down and let the girls compete their way. The pageant went well, but neither of the girls won. It was probably just as well.
